You want to own a holiday home that earns while you're not there. We handle everything in between.
We identify the right property, negotiate the price, manage the purchase process, handle the full furnishing and design, and then operate it under a management contract. You own the asset. We charge a fixed consultation fee across all our services — no percentage games, no hidden markups.
Your home is sitting idle.
You have a property that isn't earning. We can change that — without you lifting a finger.
We evaluate the property, understand its potential, and propose one of three arrangements: a management contract where we operate and split revenues, a revenue-sharing model tied to occupancy, or a fixed monthly lease where we take the property off your hands entirely. You choose what fits your situation.
Managed second homes.
We design, build, sell, and run holiday homes in destinations we know well. End to end. All Xentori.
These are properties we develop in locations we've already proven — built to our own standard, sold to buyers who want both a well-designed asset and the income that comes with Xentori operating it. You buy into something that is already running, not a promise.
Fund the refurb. Share the return.
We acquire and lease properties that need work. You put in the capital for the fit-out. We run it.
We identify homes with the right bones in the right places, negotiate long-term leases, and bring them up to the Xentori standard. If you're looking for a higher-yield alternative to a fixed deposit, you fund the refurbishment and we share the operating profit with you on a pre-agreed split.
