How does flexible check-in work?

There is no fixed check-in time. Once your booking is confirmed, our team will reach out before your arrival to coordinate access. You can arrive at any hour that suits you.

Is daily housekeeping included?

Yes. Every property is serviced daily — fresh linen, clean towels, and restocked essentials. No additional charge.

What if I need to cancel or change my dates?

Email us with your booking reference. Our cancellation policy is set out on the Terms page, and refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.

Are the photos accurate?

Every photograph on this site is taken by our team. No wide-angle lenses, no filters, no rearranged furniture. What you see is what you will walk into.

Can I have guests visit who are not staying?

Day visitors are generally fine. Events, parties, or gatherings beyond the property's stated capacity require prior written approval.
